Moriarty Lions Club 3rd Annual Toy Run. All Bike Run. Meet at 9 a.m. Sat. the 4th of September. Kickstands up at 10 a.m. Have a 50/50 Poker Run planned. Will have some gifts given away to the riders at end of the run in a drawing (must be present to win). So far we have gifts such as 19.2 Craftsman drill set, $50 and $20 gift certificates from M/C shops, and more plus more coming in. Entry Fee: 1 $10.00 or more toy and at least 1 non perishable food item. Food items to to Bethal Storehouse for families in need at Christmas and toys will be given out by Santa at the Moriaty Lions Club the Sunday before Christmas. In the past we have had as many as 600 kids show up..last year it was 350. If your not going north, here is a way to enjoy your Labor Day weekend and give toys to the kids in the Estancia Valley. We Thank YOU for YOUR suport. Don\'t feel like taking the ride? We will have transport available for any toys and/or food items you wish to drop off at the meeting place. 9am.

Presented by NM Veterans in Need Project. The First Annual Warrior Rumble is to benefit to the NM Veterans in Need Project. It\s a short run, beginning at the Hard Rock pavilion (formertly Journal Pavilion), riding on to the VA Medical Center where we will ride in honor through the facility for those that have served, many of whom will be there to see the "parade", ending at the VA Memorial where tours will be available free of charge. 50/50 raffle. NM Veterans in Need offers assistance to all returning NM Veterans regardless of tour of duty or theater of conflict. This will be an escorted event.

Presented by S.A.F.E. House. 7th Annual Run For Cover will benefit S.A.F.E. House, emergency shelter for victims of domestic violence. Registration will be at 9:30am at the University Football Stadium parking lot . The cost for registration will be $25 per person, this will include a free t-shirt and $5 in raffle tickets. Your donation of twin size linen will get you an extra $10 in raffle tickets. The ride will begin at 11:00am from the parking lot and end at Elliot\'s Bar and Grill located at 10200 Corrales Rd. N.W. Presented by Rio Rancho First Baptist Church Mission Riders. Jarrod Truesdale lost his life on July 4th 2009 when he and his family were struck by lightning at Rio Rancho High School. His wife, Jessica, and their 4 kids survived, but Jessica was gravely injured and is confined to a wheel chair. Her home must be remodeled to accommodate her wheelchair and her whole family. Come on out and participate in this most worthwhile event as we try to raise money for this endeavor. Jessica needs your support!!! Admission: $20 Lunch provided. Prizes to be awarded. There will be a car show. Anyone can participate in any type vehicle. Lunch included in entry fee and there will be live bands and fun jumps for kids. Bring the whole family!! 9am.

1st annual Pink Ribbon Motorcycle Rally to raise money to support the ENCORE plus program which provides free or low-cost mammograms to area women in need.
Rally begins at 9am with registration and breakfast at the YWCA's Pinon Canyon Center in Tijeras. Riders will enjoy a scenic 3 hour ride, ending up at Billy's Long Bar in Albuquerque complete with food, prizes, a 50/50 raffle and live music from "Wishful Riders".
$25 contribution for rider, $10 for passenger (if registered by 10/15-$30 / $10 after and up to day of event). Includes long sleeved event t-shirt, raffle ticket, breakfast, refreshments and access to the post ride celebration.
